Signify has launched the Philips Hue Sync TV app for LG TVs. Available worldwide for all compatible LG TVs, the app enables users to synchronize their Philips Hue smart lights with their television screens for an immersive viewing experience.

The Ultimate Surround Lighting Experience

Designed as a native smart TV app, the Philips TV app creates a surround lighting experience by dynamically adjusting the brightness and color of their lights to match on-screen action. This collaboration brings the Sync TV app to LG TVs, allowing users to sync their lights to anything they watch, including content from set-top boxes, streaming sticks, popular native TV apps, and gaming consoles.

The app supports multiple image formats, such as 8K, 4K, HDR 10, and Dolby Vision, ensuring a high-quality visual experience. Leveraging a proprietary syncing algorithm and the renowned responsiveness of this lighting system, the app delivers smooth and engaging lighting effects.
