LDS Lind Hornet 400

Oct 11, 2019

Lind Equipment has released their new Battery-Operated Hornet Light. The redesigned LED task light comes in a significantly more compact & durable package than ever before. Only 6” in size, the powerful Hornet Light comes complete with pre-installed magnets and an 180° rotatable bracket for easy placement no matter the job.

The battery-operated work light produces a bright 1700 lumens with only 15W of power. The high-efficiency LED light will run for 3 hours on full-power, 6 hours on low power, and will still continue to operate while charging. The Hornet comes standard with 3 different rechargeable options, an AC adapter, DC car adapter, plus an USB cable. Additionally, Lind included an option to charge a cellphone with the light’s battery while it continues to run.

Where the Hornet shines brightest is in its durability. It boasts an IP65 weatherproof rating, and is able to withstand temperatures from -40° to +40° without failing. When put to the test it surpassed military drop-test requirements and is built to survive in any contractor’s toolbox.
