MaxLite Offers New LED High-Performance Security Fixtures

MaxLite LED Low Prof Security Lights

Delivering high efficiency in a compact design, MaxLite’s new LED Low-Profile Security Light can illuminate outdoor commercial and residential settings.

Suitable for mounting at heights below 10 feet, the light is designed with a slim, 3.86-inch profile that replaces traditional security lighting with ease in locations such as walkways, entryways and stairwells. Rated for exceptional performance in cold temperatures, the fixture is UL 924 listed as emergency lighting and features a replaceable battery backup system that provides 100% light output for up to 90 minutes after power is lost. An energy-efficient replacement for 70-watt high-pressure sodium fixtures, the MaxLite LED Low-Profile Security Light delivers 1,050 lumens of bright, glare-free illumination while consuming just 13 watts of power. The fixture is equipped with a dusk-to-dawn photocell to maximize energy savings over the product’s long, 50,000-hour lifetime.

Designed to operate in a wide temperature range of minus 4 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit, the MaxLite LED Security Light is built with LM-80 tested LEDs enclosed in a watertight, IP65-rated housing. The fixture is offered in an architectural bronze finish that seamlessly blends into any outdoor setting. Simple to install right out of the box, the security light features discreet latches that are easily accessible with a flathead screwdriver for secure mounting to a standard junction box or conduit.

LED Low-Profile Security Lights are backed with MaxLite’s five-year limited warranty and lifetime product support.
