Legrand Appoints Santo Villafana as Senior HR Manager, Canadian Operations

In his new role with Legrand, Santo will be the HR leader managing the full complement of human resource activities in Canada supporting the Legrand BCS, EWS and AVD divisions.

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Santo has more than 20 years as an HR Manager, Generalist and Recruiter, working across borders in both the United States and Canada. In the U.S., Santo worked as a generalist and recruiter at Kmart Corporation World Headquarters in Troy, MI, and in the banking industry in Jacksonville, FL. Most recently, Santo was the HR and Employee Relations Manager at TSM-Garda World, a Canadian private security firm with 62,000 employees.

Santo holds a Bachelors’ degree in Communications from Northeast Broadcasting College in Boston MA.
