Rini’s background includes roles as a Lighting Designer at Arcadis, HH Angus, Smith + Andersen, and Crossey, where she led advanced lighting and controls projects across Canada and the U.S., and sales positions at top-tier agencies where she secured multi-million-dollar projects. She is an active member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IESNA) and the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), serving as Communications Chair and a Fundamentals of Lighting Instructor. With over 35 years of experience in the Canadian electrical industry, Jean-Claude brings extensive knowledge of the market and strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. Holding a college diploma in Electrodynamics and a certificate in Marketing from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Jean-Claude began his career in sales with GTE Sylvania. His journey continued with major companies such as Cooper Lighting, Canlyte, Franklin Empire and Philips Lighting (Signify) for which he played various regional and national leading roles. For the last 4 years he served Leviton Canada as VP of Sales for Eastern Canada and as a member of the executive committee. Since the early debut, Jean-Claude was deeply involved in industries associations and committees such at EFC Canada, AD and IES just to name a few. These achievements reflect his commitment to excellence and his results-driven approach. Signify Proposes to Re-Appoint Gerard Van de Aast to the Supervisory Board 2025

Signify proposed on January 24, 2025, the re-appointment of Mr. Gerard van de Aast as a member of the Supervisory Board to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to be held on April 25, 2025. Gerard van de Aast has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2017 and was appointed Chair of the Supervisory Board in May 2024. He is also the Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. As Mr. Van de Aast already served for two four-year terms, and in accordance with the Dutch corporate governance code, his proposed re-appointment will be for a period of two years.
